We have been providing our service for approximately two years since 2022.05 However, we have determined that it is no longer feasible to continue providing satisfactory service. Therefore, we have decided to terminate the service on M 2024.05.31 (Fri).
We sincerely thank all the guardians who have loved and supported <Four Gods: Last War> throughout this journey.
For detailed information regarding the service termination schedule and refund process, please refer to the details below.
◈ Refund Information Due to Service Termination:
1. Refund Criteria:
- Products purchased between: 2024.04.02 (Tue) 00:00 – 2024.05.02 (Thu).
※ Purchases made outside of this period are not eligible for a refund.
※ Refunds are only possible for items purchased during the period mentioned above if they are still retained in their original condition.
2. Asset Management Period:
- 2024.05.02 (Thu) after the service termination notice – 2024.05.24 (Fri) before maintenance
※ Please refer to the [Asset Management Period Notice] for detailed information about the asset management period."
3.Refund Application Procedure:
- Refund application period: 2024.05.02 (Thu) – 2024.06.30 (Sun) 11:59 PM.
- Refund application method: Menu > Settings > Customer Center > 1:1 Inquiry.
- Refund application form: Submit inquiries following the provided format by 2024.06.30, (Sun) 11:59 PM.

4. Refund Execution:
- Refunds will be processed sequentially after the end of the refund application period on 2024.06.30 (Sun).
◈ How to Confirm Payment Receipts by Store:
